    We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with original tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return. Please see our full return policy here.

    To initiate a return or exchange, please comlete our Returns Form at indieidentity.com/returns. You’ll need your order number and the email address used during checkout.
  • How long does it take to receive my refund?
    Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • How do I know what size to order?
    Because we carry several different independent brands, sizing may vary by brand and product. If available, the product page includes a size guide to help you find the best fit. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us for personalized sizing advice.
