Why does my order say “Shipping Label Created” for several days?

Accepted Answer

This usually means your order has been packed and scheduled for pickup, but hasn’t yet been scanned by the carrier. Some items ship directly from independent designers, and a label may be created before pickup. For international orders, tracking may not update while a package is awaiting customs processing; it typically updates once it clears customs and is scanned by the local carrier. If tracking hasn’t updated after 5–7 business days, contact us and we’ll check on it for you.
