Yes! We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders, and free shipping over $150 for orders to Canada, UK, or Australia (see Shipping Policy)(https://www.indieidentity.com/shipping). Most orders arrive in 3–14 business days. You’ll receive tracking updates so you always know where your order is.
We offer standard shipping only. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and the items purchased. Items are often shipped directly from the independent designer.
We offer shipping to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order at indieidentity.com/order-tracking. (indieidentity.com/order-tracking.)
Orders ship either from the independent designer or from their designated fulfillment partner.
Because Indie Identity works with independent brands worldwide, shipments may originate from different locations, including international studios. This can affect delivery timelines and tracking updates.
“Shipping label created” means the shipping label has been generated, but the package has not yet been scanned by the carrier.
This can happen when items ship directly from an independent designer, are preparing for international transit, or are awaiting customs handoff. Tracking updates typically appear once the carrier receives and scans the package.
Because Indie Identity works with independent designers and small studios, some items ship directly from the designer rather than a central warehouse. In these cases, a shipping label may be created as part of the fulfillment process before the carrier physically picks up the package.
For international orders, this status can also appear while a package is in transit to or awaiting processing through customs. During this time, tracking may not update until the shipment clears customs and is scanned by the local carrier.
This is normal — especially for:
• Small-batch or made-to-order pieces
• Items shipping from independent studios
• International shipments awaiting customs clearance
• Orders prepared ahead of scheduled carrier pickups
Once the carrier scans the package (or once it clears customs for international orders), tracking will update automatically and you’ll begin to see movement.
If your tracking hasn’t updated after 5–7 business days, feel free to reach out to us at contact@indieidentity.com (contact@indieidentity.com)and we’re happy to check on it for you. We actively monitor all orders on our end to ensure they’re moving as expected.
Some items take longer to ship because they are produced in small batches or shipped directly from independent designers.
This approach allows for better quality control and reduces overproduction, but it can also mean longer preparation or international transit times compared to mass-produced items.
Delivered but Not Received Orders
Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Indie Identity is not automatically liable for loss or theft. If you believe your package is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery scan so we may initiate a carrier investigation on your behalf.
Carrier investigations may take 10–14 business days to complete. During this time, we ask that customers refrain from initiating chargebacks or payment disputes. International shipments are subject to customs clearance, local courier handling, and extended investigation timelines.
Please note: If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated before the carrier investigation is completed, the case will be closed internally, and we will be unable to continue the investigation, issue a refund, or send a replacement, as the matter must then be resolved directly through the customer’s financial institution.
For confirmed lost packages, resolution will be determined based on carrier findings, shipping insurance status, and order value.
